We will only know once we see what prices Haye commands if he sells out a football stadium in the UK. Which may never happen.

    You're a ****ing clown.

Do some math you tit and get back to me, the equation:

1,000,000 ppv buys at £15 each, Haye gets £5 of ever one sold upto 800k and £7.50 for everything over 800k (same deal Hatton had). Take that number and translate it into $ using a currency converter then get back here and apologise *****.

Here in the boxing capital (Vegas), we Nevada residents would be willing to have the Klitschkos entertain at one of our venues against the opponent of their choice with the fight to be aired nationally on PPV.

    At the right price.

    Doesn't have to be $50-60.

    We'll settle for $45 a person.

But they've got to pay us up front.

No one will want to sponsor the fight but perhaps you can cut a deal with these guys to mitigate some of the expense to buy our interest for an evening ... either way we don't give a **** ... just make sure you've got the money ... better make it renminbi ...

    Lol really?

Show me a link or get the **** off this forum fool. 'Speculation' is all Hayes' career has been based on; show me a link, show me proof.
it's no good throwing all your toys out of the pram then saying "Haye gets this, Haye gets that blah blah whine whine" (you want some cheese with that btw?).

Show me, show us, show ESB a link with proof else shut up. The record is broken and well & truly worn out.

Oh and err for the record....

So now you're saying Valuev vs Haye didn't happen?

Wow. Listen man I know Haye fans see only what they want to see but this takes the cake.

You said Haye made 7.5 million vs Valuev; you even broke the figure down not two posts ago.

Dude, if you can't back up the **** you type it's simple: Don't type.

Unless of course you're confirming everything you've stated about Haye's monetary gains is 'speculation' (omg shock horror really? Who knew!?!?!?!? There's a surprise......) if it 'hasn't happened yet' then why say **** you know isn't true and get upset?

    Haye fans *sigh*

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...nts-home-title-defence-against-John-Ruiz.html

The Haye-Valuev fight drew a market share of 40.5 per cent on German free-to-air television ARD, the figure peaking at 8.4 million, and early indications are that the 'David v Goliath' contest captured the imagination of the British public, and may have sold up to 800,000 pay-per-view buys on Sky Box Office. That puts interest in the fight at the same level as Ricky Hatton's biggest fights.

Still wondering if anybody has seen numbers for Haye - Ruiz. That would give a good indication of how well Haye sells in the UK against mediocre opposition.

Up to 800,000. not quiet the 1 million stated before.

Plus I don't see any reference to what % of that figure haye receices.

Again; its all speculation and no proof that Haye is the 'money making machine' people say.

I've seen figures (I think in a guardian article) that he receives 33% of the PPV gross revenues.

I still need proof though. i need to see the exact % and the exact number of PPV buys. This is the UK media we're talking about and when they say 'up to 800,000' that likely means far far less in reality. 'Up to' being the key words. And BoxingFan said haye made 1 million ppv buys lol!!! taking into account a 4 person family that's one in 15 households in the UK buying the fight and I know that **** aint happening!

I'm not an unreasonable man but when I see Haye fans throwing figures around I'll pull them up on them; I need proof. I want to see that boxing match and I can spot an excuse a mile away.

Haye only has to tell half that amount to generate more money than Klitscko does with RTL
