Vitaly needs this fight for a chance at a legacy, Wlad doesn't. As for Haye, I honestly don't think he can best either, but his best shot is at Vitaly getting old. So this is the better fight for everyone except Wlad, who has plenty of other good fights out there anyway.

Yes Haye only won two title fights at cruiser, which is widely acknowledged as the worst division in boxing.
Yes he did go up to heavy and fight guys who are acknowledged as the worst champs or previous champs in the history of the sport.
