I dont know what Boente was doing or thinking. Vitali has been saying "open talks" for awhile now. Boente seems reluctant for some reason..... trust me.... Vitali wants it public also.

I understand the saurland issue Boente was talking about... as Booth has brought that up and talks break down..... says "we have to pay saurland huge % "... that why the % split for UKPPV became an issue. I understand why Boente wants Haye to be free so that there is no one else but Hayes company and the Klitschkos company in talks..... I do get that

BUT...... lets be clear guys. Vitali said "open talks"... booth said.."open talks"..... the talks will be open.... will a fight happen?... thats another story IMO

Haye broke two contracts with Klitschkos, one signed with Vlad and one implied with Vitali. Haye is afraid of Klitschkos because he knows he has no chance to beat them. Haye will get knocked out, but not if he refuses to fight! Vitali is available now, Vlad isn't, so that's why Haye now wants Vlad, simply because Vlad is "not" available. Vitali and Vlad both have wanted to fight Haye for a very long time now and both Vitali and Vlad have nothing to fear by fighting Haye, but Haye has everything to fear about fighting them. Klitschkos are simply superior fighters, they are way above Haye and Haye knows it.

Why are you acting like a r*****, irrespective of what Vitali says, its Booth and Fienkel/Boente that does the negotiations for both sides so its really what comes out of those 3 guys that is relevant. Anyway if it is public negotiations then lets see it

Another r*****, 1st one was a real contract and if Haye's injury wasn't real then why didn't K2 promotions sue him? 2nd contract was a verbal agreement NOT a written contract and Haye got a better offer to fight Valuev which then means more money for Haye when he comes back to the table with the Sischkos

"Both verbal contracts and written contracts are equally legally binding contracts"

And here I thought that ESB forums couldn't get any stupider. Then we get... you.. joining. Hoorah.

BTW, no-one, not even the most idiotic Haye fans, give too much **** to Chef. Once you have been here a while you may work out why, but I don't like your chances.

    Fact Klit sisters are cowards.

the whole issue here started with Haye and Wlad let them fight first; Vit is playing the big brother as opposed to the rival champion why can't they agree to let the negotiations be separate? despite the klit sister homosexual photo shoot these guys are separate fighters the only reason they are able to do so well is they operate as one unit ensuring that the fighters either brother may struggle with is taken care of by the other.

Wlad struggles with big hitters so Vitali can fight Haye as Wlad is a coward, Vitali may struggle with boxers so wlad takes them. why are these cowards aloud to tag team the division?

This is what I don't understand, because I rerad that Vitali was interested in public negotiations, which make perfect sense. Either Vitali was lying that he wanted them or him and Boente have different opinions. I'm not sure which to believe.

Honestly, I think if Haye and Booth were in full control and they didn't speak to people like Boente and Finkel, a fight would have happened already. Far too many people are involved at this point, especially Sauerland.

The thing I didn't like about what Boente said about Sauerland, is we know that Haye will only fight two more times and one of those is with Sauerland, so it would be impossible for Haye to fight both Klitschko's, if K2 aren't willing to work with Sauerland. That would be a shame.
