To embed put link down and then delete the link up to the = then after the = put [ yt ] without the gaps between it and then put at the end of the link [ /yt ] again without the spaces between it.

    Example
=[ yt ]LI5HqtQkpO8[/ yt ] just make sure there's no gaps :good.

    Cheers for posting that :good

Decent performance by Adam, his defence his improving (though it still needs a lot of work) & his power is still very evident. That uppercut he landed for the 2nd KD looked nasty :yep

Yeah I was impressed by how he's coming on under the Ingles.

I did wonder how it would work out but it seems to be going well. Adam's natural aggression is being combined with a more defensively responsible attitude.

I hope he really steps up his competition this year because with his style he'll never be in a dull fight. 2012 was a bit disappointing so fingers crossed 2013 is the year Etches really makes his mark on the domestic scene.

Adam looking a good prospect, still a way to go before hes ready for Ryder or Saunders though, a fight with Eubank Jr would be intriguing though.....

IIRC Hatton is his promoter, Adam is trained by the Ingles

There's a bit of a buzz at the Ingle gym about young lightweight Sam "The Sensation" O'Maison. He boxed on the same card against unbeaten Andy Keates (7-0) stopping him in the third. One to watch!

At least he had a cornerman, the other guy just sat on his own staring at the floor between rounds...
