I know it is cool to say Adamek is going to get killed....

but I love his moxie. He shakes both hands of the brothers, is in fantastic shape, fearless, etc... The dude is going to fight.

agreed, but what I saw was a shot to the temple, followed by an immediate high guard and straightening his leg...then he got wobbly.....he didn't slip

my "guess" is that he saw a white flash...thus the high guard
then his brain forgot to send signals to his legs so they wobbled

I think it was the way he fell from a legit KD that caused the injury...unlucky

Vitali looks like he's in great shape, but Adamek is even lighter and will have a speed advantage.

I predict a one-sided fight in which Vitali hits air all night and gets either stopped late or loses a wide decision to the former CW king.

 

did you happen to see how many times michael grant and kevin mcbride hit him? and they are in slow motion.....why do you think adamek all the sudden is gonna float like a butterfly? hes not that fast

Did you notice how many rounds Grant and McBride won combined? Maybe 1 or 2 at the most.

 

They all hit Adamek, Cunningham was tagging Adamek all night long aswell.

Not to take away from Adamek, but his defense is not really anything to write home about, and we all know Vitali has some of the best connect percentages in heavyweight history.

It will be a poor day for Adamek if he decides to stand and trade, it'll be a boring day and a decision loss if he decides to run, which I think he will.

When 99% of your opponents stand in front of you ala Briggs, you''re going to have a high connect percentage.

Adamek will not run. He will be mobile but busy as he has been with virtually all his fights at HW. Being mobile but busy is something Haye has proven he cannot do but Adamek has mastered it. If Adamek can survive a few rough tough moments , people like you will be utterly shocked at how lopsided this fight will end up on the scorecards. Adamek is simply a different animal than the lot Vtaili has faced.


The fact that Vitali has busted his ass to come to this fight in the best shape of his life, should tell you something about taking Adamek lightly. Obviously, Vitali realizes something about him you do not.
