    I guess its discouraging being down 6 rounds to 1. Bell was schooled and beaten to the punch in just about every exchange. He was also very inactive, as though waiting for a knock out. I thought he did well when he went to Adamek's body. But overall, this was a virtual shutout. Adamek looked wickedly comfortable in that ring. Though seriously, its a mystery to me why he quit since he always has a puncher's chance.

    Also, I thought it was a rare sign of respect when Bell clapped as they anounced Adamek's TKO win.

    Congrats Adamaek. Saw the fight on ESPN Classic. Like others have said it was anti-climatic, but good none-the-less. Adam showed a good jab, and looked very comfortable at this weight.
