Haymakers won't get it done against Adamek. He's too skilled for that crap. Anyway, Haye wants to feel his oats at HW & good luck to him. That should leave to door wide open for Adamek to clean the Cruiserweight house. Tomasz "Goral" Adamek is back & stronger that ever!:!:
Island folk in full hating force already. Don't touch their holly cow Hoye. Is it the weather that makes you people such bitter haters?
Wlodarcyzk managed to stop him in his tracks, hurting him & all he did was hold the rest of the fight. Adameks technique is much better & its a pick'em, very close battle when you look at the intangibles. Cunningham is a physical speciman & boxes well. Both men will test eachother & the guy with the bigger heart comes out victorious here.
Who do you think poses the biggest threat out of the rest of the field...Wilson, Tokarev, Flores, etc.?
Good question. Ding's a nice guy, has power, but he's not too stylish. Saw BJ once. You should have seen the bimbo he was with at Cotto/Gomez in AC! He's a big guy & don't remember much about him. So I guess he nothing special or I would have, ya know. Don't know much about Tokarev. :huh So all I can say is skill-wise along with confidence & ring generalship, if Tomasz cab beat USS Cunn., he's the #1 Cruiser.:bbb Can we go to socast now? Bye!
Tomasz can certainly reign at Cruiserweight...he's got to gun down USS...then its smooth sailing and lots of $$$$$
Keep in mind that Bell was the undisputed champ not too long ago. He's had some wear on him but he was still very much a threat. Adamek really scored a big victory here and he's definitely introduced himself to the cruiserweight division.
Man I was trashed last night. Adamek!!!!! I watched that fight like 3 times last night. And I drank beer all night. Pwnage sauce.
Yeah, I'd like to see it too. It seems like Tomasz just wasn't himself in their first fight due to Buddy McGirt's experiment .The guy was trying to change Adamek's style - just like that, from fight to fight, just before his title bout.. Tomek was supposed to be less orthodox, less "straight up, stiff European" - more swinging, body movement.. atsch The point is Adamek wasn't stiff with his usual style. It wasn't just "jab, jab, straight right and turtle-like guard immediately" a'la Timo Hoffman or sth. You can see it clearly in the Bell fight. I guess that McGirt's "corrections" has only hurt his top level skills. It could be a lot different with Dawson this time around IMO.
is it just me or does adamek have one hell of a following here on esb. jesus the guy wins and each post has like 1,000 different emo icons with people typing jibberish.
he's polish, he can fight, he can take a punch and he has heart. not only that, but (and this is what i've noticed,) americans with polish blood are loud mouths.
