This looks a good one, Adamek has the skills to win on points I just wonder if Bell may be too big for him and punch too hard. Would have been a decent scrap for a title really shame not one on the line although I guess the winner gets to fight for one that Haye vacates. Any views looks a close one think the betting lines will be close here.
Easily the best fight on the 19th.....sucks that we'll probably not be able to see it here in the states. I got Bell in a surprise decision.
Adamek has certainly been the more active of the two. The outcome of this fight may be determined by Bells conditioning/rust. Bell's got a sloppy style but his strength will pose problems for Ademek if faught inside. Im going to say Ademek though by UD mainly due to Bells inactivity.
Too big? :yikes  Bell is listed at 6'0" and Adamek at 6'1 1/2 . . . so Adamek is 1 1/2 inch taller.
Yeah, Adamk's taller but that doesn't mean bigger Bell is a very strong Cruiser with KO power in both hands. Adamek better stay outside and box his ears off couse if he slugs with him it could be lights out :scaredas: GO ADAMEK :bbb
I'm picking ADAMEK too. Bell lost to Mormeck by points in his first fight out of U.S. soil last year and Mormeck is only 5'11". And considering Adamek has been quite busy . . . I'm expecting Bell to encounter problems. :yep
Should be an awesome war, both come to fight. Bell is a big puncher at the weight, Adamek wouldnt even be called a puncher at light heavy. That makes it interesting because for workrate and skills Tomasz has it all over Bell. Im a little disapointed Adamek has been off American T.V since he lost to Dawson. He was in two absolute wars, FOTY contenders almost, with Paul Briggs and I thought that alone would have given him some credit with the networks. Even after a loss to a respected up & comer and stylistic nightmare in Dawson. Especially since he is Polish and a certain countryman of his has been given a hell of a lot of chances in the U.S, including several title shots he didnt exactly earn. Seems weird to me.
Thats awesome then. How is that different to wednesday and friday fight nights? Ive got ESPN in Australia but it obviously quite different to the U.S. We get a mix between ESPN & ESPN2 I think and they usually show ESPN boxing cards a few weeks after they air in the U.S, very rarely sometimes live.
ESPN Classic has a history of airing fights a day later for certain PPVs (Briggs/Barney, Barney Rubble/Holyfield, Vargus/Mayorga etc etc) He said live however which leads me to hope we'll be able to see this excellent contest BEFORE the "main" show between Hopkins and Calz.
