BJ Flores wanted a tune up fight before facing Adamek, so this fight hasnt been finilized. Adamek is seeking a new opponent for his IBF CW title defence.

Even though i would have liked to see Adamek v Flores, a rematch with Cunningham should be another quality fight.

    Go on Adamek:happy

Adamek is looking to face the best. Flores should keep active after his tune-up and take the mandatory position by force, IMO (if he wants it, that is).

Adamek deserves an easy fight or three, but knowing him he will probably fight the next-highest rated challenger. :good

Wouldn't it be a shame if Cunningham didn't get a rematch. Boxing deserves this rematch. The underlined has me confused:huh

This will be better than if he fights Flores, for boxing anyway. I would expect another barnburner but not as good. I pick Cunningham by UD as he fights a smarter and more cautious fight and outboxes Adamek.

Vadim Tokarev is out there.... But I think Adamek has a Showtime date for next month.... Braithwaite seems like the guy to take a fight like this in the amount of time that he has... Tokarev seems like the guy to me but dont be surprised if its Wayne....

I thought BJ fighting someone else was old news. :?

Was this fight still on the table up until today or something?

It would be absolutely fantastic if Versus put on a card like that once a month.

If Cunningham gets offered it he needs to take it, little time to train or not thats his fault, hes been too inactive in the last 2 years and that cost him.

Nope, they were in negotiations with Adamek the whole time. We are talking a fight for the title here, unfortunatelly BJ Flores doesnt think he is ready yet, wierd.

It will be someone from top 10. Adamek's camp claims that Cunningham doesnt want an immediate rematch.

adamek is scaring people off, They know if you fight this pole, you better bring it all including the kitchen sink. Ademak is the most respected european fighter fighting today in my opinion. never runs from a war.
