Nah, they just don´t know how to use their size as an advantage. As a small hw, fighting small gives you an advantage against bigger guys. None of them does or can do so. Having said that, Boytsov I can see beating a faded Wlad in 2-3 years.

If we had one shortish guy capable of doing even a half-assed Frazier impression on Wlad, he could do some serious damage, I think.

It would take more than a "half" assed Frazier impression on the 6'6" Wlad to do any damage...

Maybe a one and a half assed version of Frazier would do the trick. The 5'11" Frazier went through hell 3X fighting the 6'3" Ali (who was not a big puncher for his size), and was massacred twice vs the 6'3" heavier punching Foreman.

Theories and fantasies are easy :think - the execution of them in reality are not.

    You're kidding, right? :nut

Too many US fans are living in the past regarding HW boxing... it's sad and funny at the same time.
Unfortunately the US is slipping in more important areas than the fight game. I feel this way even though I have a good paying, secure job... but I can see the trends and almost anybody can be "next".

You're not too far off. If you want to beat Wlad a good thing to have would be an iron jaw, something Fraizer never really had.

Well with these guys you mentioned they are too short to bet Wlad, correct. But if They just had movement of Tyson and his combinations they could Beat Wlad.

Rest of these 200 lbs Short guys except of Iron Mike would have very little chance to beat Wlad today.

Oscar f'n Bonavena almost stopped Frazier. Are you saying that the hard hitting Sanders or very durable (at his peak) Brewster couldn't beat small HW Frazier?

The closest in terms of size and power to Sanders and Brewster that Frazier faught was Foreman... And Joe was never competitive in either bout - blasted out both times. Might as well keep livin' in that past... Because it's never coming back.
