Wouldn't it be wild if a bunch of us Adamek fans (for years) here at ESB could be in the same room watching this fight? And think of the reaction if he won? The roof would come off the place!

He will move all night, throw fast combinations, avoid getting KTFO. Vitali will tire and his punches get weaker. Adamek could do this.

Though to truly make history, he will have to come out of the Klitschko fight without an L on his record. That would make him a first ballot HOFer, and a top 3 P4P fighter.

I agree, his chances are slim...but man, what a warrior. Few fighters would put their 44-1 record on the line if they could instead rule a division for years (CW in his case) just to get a titleshot against a real killer like VK.

Adamek's best outcome in this fight is a competitive performance where he doesn't get stopped. I'm not entirely sure it'll turn out that good for him.

 

Yes, he is merely two fights away from supassing Ali and Mayweather.
