All young, all in their primes, all dangerous: -Cunningham -Banks -Estrada -Arreola The only one who defeated Pole: Chad Dawson So its like 4-1 And all fights in the USA
Defended against Bobby Gunn and Jonathon Banks then scampered up to HW. I'm still disappointed in him for not taking the high risk/low reward rematch with Cunningham.
No please dont get to excited over this win. I give Adamek credit for fighting a disciplined fight but this wasnt no convincing win. If Arreola would have gotten it i wouldnt have seen it as hometown decision, just like i wasnt pist over Adamek getting the nod. Fight could have gone either way so please save your enthuisam far from a convincing win. 115-115 Draw.
None of these fighters have accomplished much BESIDES...you guessed it, Dawson, the one he lost to. I'll give him credit for Arreola though. Outside of that its a list of solid but not elite boxers.
showtime and hbo wouldn't buy Cunn-Adamek II. thats why he moved up. foty material and still cant get on tv
They are no ATG, its for sure But then, list me better American fighters he could beat at his weight class. I see one - Eddie Chambers, but to be honest Adamek copes with Eddie's speed as he did with Estrada's.
No good american heavies, your right. He'll beat them all so unfortunately for him theres going to be no way to make a name by beating americans(at heavy). Not unless some are climbing the ranks as we speak.
What can I say after this fight about Arreola is that I respect him a lot. He is an opposition of Jason Estrada who doesnt know how to lose the fight with your head up.
i would love to se a rematch with Arreola if Cris go down to 230-235. He's got my respect for this fight, really tough kid...
Adamek doesn't fight for free. Nobody wanted to put up decent cash for a Cunningham rematch, so Adamek went where the $$$ is, at HW. Next question...:hey
Yeah, but, Cunningham was robbed. Banks, Estrada, and Arreola are bums. So, he really lost to both top Americans he faced.
