Adameks main strengths against other heavyweights is his speed, not his physical strength.

Even if he forces his body to push more weight in the gym, he will never contend with Vitaly or Wladimir in the ring strength wise, he's just not a natural heavyweight. Going up to 225lbs will further diminish his chances at going 12 hard rounds without gassing.

Adamek should've tried to go back to CW, going up to 225lbs will only get him in more trouble.

 

Wladimir is probably a worse matchup for Adamek than Vitali.

It'd be slaughter. At CW he's got Huck, Hernandez, Lebedev.. all very winnable fights for Adamek.

It'll help him out in clinches against wladimir atleast. I think when you go up against the k bros you have to focus on body strength, not just your punching strength and technique. Might be the way to go, although i still don't think he stands a chance.
