No way is this worth 30 bucks. Even if my other friends liked Adamek or Grant we wouldn't fork it over. Definately an ESPN type fight. Now, I do like both these guys, and think the outcome has meaning for both of these guys. Whoever is the winner is definately contender material, but contender material does not make for PPV, unless it is an undercard loaded with rankings implications.
come on this is **** news.It should be on espn2 but I dont care , i will watch it on Polsat in the middle of the night. Love those emotions
Yeah - I'm sure Col. Bob Sheridan and the former placekicker (can't remember his name) will call the fight just like all the other Integrated PPV fights. If it was $15 like Adamek-Estrada, I might consider it, but $30 is just too much. There are still $53 tickets left to go see it live. If I have nothing else going on over the weekend, I might go just for the atmosphere.
This is the kind of bull**** that continuously pushes boxing to the fringe. I used to buy every PPV boxing match that came along. I havent bought one in a year or so as I am sick of the mostly shitty undercards and the usually disappointing main event. Instead, I have been spending my money going to live fights, nothing like they put on in Vegas or anything but I feel I get a way better show for my hard earned dollar, plus I get to see the guys I spar with in action for real!
Fortunately it is free in Poland where I'm now. Even being Adamek fan and compatriot I wouldn't pay anything close to 30$ for rather useless fight, even if it has potential to be more exciting than Arreola or Estrada.
at last Adamek and Grant stood face to face (press conference - today) - damn Grant is huge and looks well (not fat).
