Where did I say most boxers eat fights meals a day?

Every fighter is different but you are acting like Pac is some unique person who is the only person in history to have to do this.

    The answer is, no.

And, the answer to if he struggles to maintain weight is, no.

I can't give you specifics, it's just logic that most fighters are eating hefty loads of calories a day during their training.

If you don't believe this you either believe that no fighter trains anywhere near as much and as hard as Pac does (lol) or that Pac's body defies the laws of science.

Correct. i bet its about 4000 calories and the rest is shakes and such.

7000 calories of 'clean food" is a shitload. No way he is actually eating 7000 calories of clean food

Boxers diets are primarily carbohydrates and proteins, both of which provide valuable energy sources. As such, these come in high 'caloric' diet forms. Proteins help the muscles to repair and contract, so they are vital.

I was trying to eat 2500 calories of clean food, that **** is ****ing insane.

I wonder if he realizes that if Pac "ate" 8500 calories a day while maintaining the same workout plan that he would start putting on more muscle and fat.

Easily 1/3rd I'd say. 7,000 calories of food?

I hope that wasn't what this guy was implying.

7000 calories is nothing if your eating Mc donalds and ice cream all day...

but to eat 7000 calories of "clean food" is ****ing hard.... thats why I agree with you about the shakes

At the peak of training, wlad eats about 5000+ calories

He probably put on 20 pounds in 3 years, which isn't a lot for someone with his height and frame.

At age 35 Barry Bonds hit his physical peak and added 40 pounds in one offseason. If Barry can do it the right way, then anybody can.

Because neither guys is on PED's. At least not for weight gaining. If Manny is on anything it would be EPO, which increases oxygen in your blood. Adamek went up to 198 way too quickly for it to have been the result of weight lifting, since he didn't look like he had roided himself up to that weight. Adamek had already fought at 188 before, and probably should have moved to cruiser earlier in his career. He must have been cutting 20-25lbs to make weight for his fights at 175, and was probably coming in on fight night at 195-200.
