Adamek is not athletically pleasing..... He's not ripped. He's bulked up 47 pounds, in 3 years.....nothing bad about that.
everyone in Germany knows him. Its funny where ever we go... you can hear people whisper... "klitschko":yep could you imagine the people in line and Klitschko walks in to eat:admin
Top of the line nutrition, the best conditioning coaches money can buy, a life dedicated to being in shape, three years to accomplish a goal, and the fact that he was cutting serious weight prior. Why must everything be so suspect now? Is it completely out of the realm of thought to gain that sort of weight when you were previously cutting and your life is dedicated to working out/being fit/fighting. It really isnt that hard of a thing to do for a normal guy. And for a professional athlete with proper guidance and extreme dedication, it is certainly achievable as well. Its not like he did it in 6 months. He had three whole years to accomplish this. Thats a hell of a long time, and certainly enough to transform your body.
A-Side meth Nah seriously though its very do-able, he was cuttng to make LHW and CW so HW sems the right place for him weight wise
From reports they say it's a job in itself to ensure Manny eats enough to keep the weight on for his WW fights...his matabolism is operating at such an extreme level that he burns off so much the they must feed him a ridicoulous amount of food everyday. That's a bit out of the norm......of course it's a bit out of the norm that a smaller man is doing so well in a weight class he clearly is too small for.
That's not the issue....it's when Manny gets to camp and begins intense training which changes the way his body is burning fat/carbs. The weight comes off easy for manny and when he's in camp his work rate is so intense that his matabolism causes him to loose weight incredibly fast. PAC can make 140 a lot easier than actually making 147...which he has yet to do....I don't think he's come in at exactly 147 as of yet.
Yeah and they go on about Pac must be on something. I cant believe Floyd Mayweather hasnt questioned this. Oh wait thats right he doesnt have to fight Adamek.
That's the norm for a lot of fighters. Fighters burning extreme amounts of calories a day, he's not the only one.
That's because Pac himself weighs over 147 and stills cuts a small bit of weight to make 147. His process use to be needing to cut 15lbs or so to make weight. Not he has to cut like 2-3 at most. He ends up cutting 5-7lbs then wakes up and can have a full breakfast instead of not eating at all. He's not struggling to hit 147 on the dot, because he doesn't want to, he wants to eat on the morning of the weigh in.
