I don't know about Arreola, but I think Adamek could hack it at heavyweight. He wouldn't be a top guy, but he'd be solidly in the second tier, probably a top 10 fighter. A lot of it would depend on his workrate though. His workrate dropped a lot moving from LHW to cruiserweight, and if he has a corresponding drop in workrate after putting on another 10 - 20 pounds, then he might not be as good as I think he could be. His power and chin are just fine for HW though.

 

Adamek has balls, but he's kidding himself if he thinks he can handle Arreola's power.

 

Seriously though other than Wlad he'd have a decent chance with anyone else today, Vitali is ready to show his age :yep
