Haye has said he is perfect at 210 pounds and it certainly didnt take away from his KO power as he KO'd 245 pounds Chisora. Haye at 210 can trouble any heavyweight no matter what their size.

I think it would be better if Adamek went back to his weight for Arreola and Grant. I dont think he needs to be 225 like he was for his last 2 fights. He was better at 215 or whatever. I guess he put on more weight to get some more power but he scored both of his heavyweight knockouts at 215 pounds! The extra weight is only slowing him down. He was better at the lighter weight because he had the fast combos and faster feet. He did good against Maddalone and Golota. He lacks one punch KO power so being slow and throwing one at a time wont do anything. He needs those fast hands to beat these guys. He has a decent right hand and a good left hook.

Many of you dont give him credit. He has had a pretty damn good heavyweight career in all honesty and he fight any and all. He doesn't complain. True old school warrior.

Damn right. The guy is old school all the way. And he is the only top contender who has beaten 2 top contenders (Arreola,Chambers)

People don't complain about the fighter just the part of his fanbase which you cannot have any form of debate with.

Yeah. Although Adamek is a significantly too light hitting for my liking at HW. His fans are cancer.

    agreed

Adamek is the most active HW out there today, he fights whoever they put in the ring with him, yet there are still complaints, fact, he'd of done better at CW instead of moving up, but as a HW he's still done much more than was expected of him

He was completely schooled by a green Chad Dawson at LHW then shamelessly ducked Hopkins in 2009 at CW. Outside Haye and the Klits the HW division is stacked high with absolute bums so Adamek is fine there.

    :rofl oh the irony.

Good point by JPV though. Although I am a massive Adamek I have to admit I think it's not just the weight at the moment I think Adamek is starting to slow down after a long hard career.

I agree, Adamek is probably better suited at a lighter weight

however i just think he and Haye are 2 small to deal with the Klitschko's

And Adamek gets terribly discredited on here, I dont understand it at all, guy wins belts at 2 weights and ventures up to heavy even though he could have stayed and dominated cruiser and makes a good run and comes up short vs Vitali

theres really no shame in his performance or his career at heavy

the guy has everything to be a likable fan favorite
