Looks like the vast majority of people disagree with your analysis. 76% say Adamek's acomplishments are better. However, maybe you Danes are just better at bubble gum music (Aqua) than boxing.
Two-thirds is quite right since your boy needed a life raft in the form of the super 6 tourney to save his quickly sinking career. Let's see if he does something with it. If not, Kessler is yesterday's news. Next!

First off, anyone knows that the vast majority of people in the world are complete clueless, and can't form their own opinions, so they go by the flock. In other words: Sheep. This site is not different. A big majority in here don't know anything at all, and sometimes I wonder if they have watched a single fight in their entire life, but just read about it.

Secondly. I don't have a problem with people thinking that Adameks listed resume is better. I just don't agree with it. Andrade and Beyer are better than anyone on Adameks win list. Anyone knows that LHW and Cruiser are so thinly talented that its a joke to think otherwise.

What I did have a problem with is your ignorant input such as: "much weaker competition.". Kessler beat in this run no less than 2 Champions, 2 former and 1 undefeated huge mexican.

Another ignorant input. Anyone in this tourney are better than anyone on Adameks list except Dawson. Then again he didn't win it. So Kessler has to win or be yesterdays news? You are really trying to be insanely dumb, aren't you? Please tell me it's an act.

Adamek looks good and natural at +200 without any unnecesary muscles/fat, he ain't ripped just looks healthy. So those who can understand how he tortured himself to make 175 are just stupid or blind.

Kessler lost to Calzaghe and Adamek lost to Dawson. Neither fighter should be shame of that.

Adamek's resume looks much better P4P.

While Adamek's LHW days 175 was one of the best and deepest divisions in boxing. Roy Jones Jr., Tarver, Glen Johnson, Hopkins, Woods, Briggs...and Adamek was considered one of the best. None of US big names wanted to fight him because Adamek was high risk/low reward fight. Adamek took most talented and dangerous rival out there in Chad Dawson instead. Seems you don't remember that.

No way that Andrade and Beyer are better fighters than Cunningham, this is laughable. If you didn't saw him in the ring, look at his resume: Marco Huck, Krzysztof Włodarczyk, Wayne Braithwaite, Guillermo Jones, Rothman, Davis...how can you compare that to Beyer and Andrade?

when I've seen this last time Adamek had the same numbers but kessler had just one digits over there, so I think you just closed the poll because there was a 'bad' momentum going into the Kessler favor

I think your raised several valid points in this thread, DanePugilist.

That said, I disagree about the disparity in talent of the weightclasses. 168 was weaker than LHW for years, and only now is heating up, as Brickhaus mentioned it was a weak division when Kessler unified.

That said, I agree with you that Kessler's run was impressive, until he met Calzaghe. His resume is nothing to scoff at.

Also, I thought you raised a great point earlier: Kessler did beat his competition, for the most part, easier than Adamek did. That has to work in his favour, as you correctly stated.

The question then becomes, would this fact counteract Adamek's achievements over a 25 lb weight range? The poll seems to indicate this is not the case.

I was going to say exactly the same thing. He would have KTFO Beyer in 6-8, and punished Andrade like noone else.

I agree; Briggs and Cunningham were both very good victories.
