    Holyield lost though.

And you didn't even address the point.

Are you seriously trying to suggest that Adamek, a man a foot shorter and about 7 stone lighter should just stand and trade??

    Wow.

    You're a tool.

    Run like "scared" Haye??

The same Haye who made Valuev miss all night? The same Haye who had Valuev doing a funny dance in the last round??

You're totally missing the point. Adamek's best chance to beat Valuev is to emply similar tactics that Haye did. He can't just stand and trade with a man that much bigger than he is.

Also, you've completely gotten off the point. The arguement was that Rahman, despite his past accomplishments has literally **** all to offer than his name. He is no better than Golota. The Barrett that Haye fought is a greater threat than this washed up disinterested Rahman.

once again, watch chagaev, holy or ruiz fights and stop bitching, you won't change the fact that haye ran all night long, good bye...

Why I am even debating this with an obvious and apparent troll?

  9. ****ing waste of time. NOBODY wants to see this ****.

Adamek needs to get his ass back in the ring with U.S.S. What's up with that rematch not happening? Total bull****.

Adamek is just wasting his best years with these crap fights. What a waste.

    Uhh $$$?

Adamek could fight Cunningham 10 times and would earn less than in a couple of fights at heavyweight.

  11. The root of all evil. Yes it is. Doesn't change the fact that Adamek is wasting his good years fighting nobodies in the heavyweight div. It's not like the guy is gonna beat Haye or either of the Klitschko sisters.

yep, this is the brutal reality, and this is why he moved up.

he's clearly working slowly toward the david haye fight, which would earn him so much more money and fame than cunningham.

i don't know why ppl ***** like this. adamek has been a cult hero, delivering hardcore fan fights, for years. briggs 1, briggs 2, cunningham - great fights. ulrich, banks - dangerous 1st defenses. now it's time to gun for big prizes, big rewards. ppl can't seem to comprehend this.

the problem is ppl want everything all at once. adamek fights 3-4 times a year. you can't always grab a big name so soon aftre the last fight. he has to fight bigger men as part of his development at heavyweight. so he is taking risks vs 240-250-pounders like golota and rahman.

it is very likely he's working toward some kind of very tough eliminator bout for mid/late 2010. when big fights like those are secured, there's no stay busy fights, as you can't jeopardise the payday, the TV date, the opportunity. right now he needs rounds vs big men so that he is ready for elim or title fight.

A fight with Haye would be fun, just to see if Adamek's freak chin could take David's best.

But I agree that Adamek is much better suited for the cruiserweight division, too bad cw seems just to be a stepping stone to heavyweight for most fighters.

If fighters like Toney, Jirov and Haye had stayed at cruiser, the division might have gotten some much deserved attention and brought in the big money.

Adamek sent Bell and Golota to retirement. He will send Rahman too.
