Adamek sparring in the gym - photos

    His sparring partner is Faruq Saleem. Everytime i see Adamek, he has bigger forehands. I think that he develops his body very well in the HW division.

    Thanks for sharing. What do you think is an ideal weight for Adamek to come in at against Grant?

    He looks great. I think he should take a few more fights to let his body get used to the weight but he should be a great addition to the heavyweight scene soon. I think a fight with any beltholder would be bad right now though, but he's a great fighter and I hope he does well.

    He looks like he getting very solid at HW & without a ounce of fat on him, so 220lbs max. is perfect.

    I have never been there. The photos are made by Mike Gladysz and I found them on a polish boxing site. Maybe they can be find on Adamek's site too.

    I agree with the weight with you. Not more than 220, then he has both speed and stamina. They are working hard at increasing his power too. You cant blame him for not putting Arreola or Estrada on the ass, but to become a HW champ the better punching power is remaining



    Good post. He should take some fights and fight for the belt in the 1st half of 2011. There is no more time to wait. I think that since he has beaten Arreola he already is a great addition to the HW div.

    I didn't take those photos. But here is one from when I met Adamek when he was still fighting at Lt. HW.

    Yes, I've painted Adamek before, but that one is now owned by Polishpummler.

    I would like to do another one of him & present it to him when I go to visit. I think he would really enjoy that!

    He is a complete bum, however with a nice record 38-1 (32 KOs). He is there to Adamek get used to the bigger opponents (2 meters height like Grant or Klitschkos). Maybe closer the fight time he will get a better sparring partner.

    Yes, I remember reading the article about Adamek concentrating on loaded up more on his power shots. How much longer before we find out if Adamek will really have what it takes to beat a Klitschko???

    Personally, I think that he would find some way to win. He's just too smart in the ring for any opponent.

    Adamek does get that look. A look of confidence, but not cocky at all.

    He totally has his act together. He is something very special.

    Yeah, he needs some miracle to win against Klits. However, i believe in him.

    Btw, i can see a cam in the last photo. Is there any chance we get a vid of his sparring?

    Adamek for me personifies the HW contenders we need. Ready to fight anytime, not shying away from tough opponents and letting action in the ring speak louder than words.

    I wish we had more of his prototype.
