His jab is a thing of beauty now and his power has really come along, I know he's been KO'd before but I don't think that necessarily puts him into the realm of chinny for his whole career. You go to the 8 Count Productions shows?

Yeah, 8 Count is the local promotion company, they run a show every... well this year's been kinda slow, but basically every 2-3 months at the arena of my former university. David Diaz is definitely the most famous fighter to come up through them, they co-promoted Diaz-Morales. Don George, Mike Mollo, and Fonfara are their most famous fighters.

I like Adamek but i just don't see him beating Vitali. Yea Adamek got very good skills but he still gets hit alot in which is not a good sign. Vitali has face very good skills fighters and has easily beat them so it's really nothing new.

Most Brits have never heard of David Haye and have no strong feelings either way about Poles (srs)

I think it will Vitali's toughest fight as well. I don't think Adamek will win anymore rounds then any others against Vitali. Just don't see it happening. Agree around the 9th /10th stoppage, unless this happens and it could. If Ademek comes out fighting from the start, and I don't see that happening, but if he did, and got Vitali very pissed off early I could see the fight ending early with a Vitali KO.

    Thoughts, My opinion above.

    Peace

I saw the last Diaz fight in chicago. Good turn out. Fonfara always brings a good fight. Exciting fighter, i'd like to see him get a bigger fight.

Yeah I know he used to live more in the city, far up Milwaukee I think probably up by O'Hare. A lot of my friends have seen him in church before too, a friend of a friend actually got a puppy from him when they were little (this is probably about the time of the Bowe fights, I think, mid-late 90s.)

Definitely an excellent turn out for that fight, it was really good to see. The next show was a bit of a dud in attendance but 8 Count is really hit-or-miss on promoting their shows. Diaz = big gate though. I live right by UIC (and went there) so I always make those shows and if Zimnoch/Fonfara, or any other Pole is fighting I've got my red on and wave my scarf :D

I think Adamek will get knocked around a few times, possibly get up from the canvas and still make it competitive, if not win. Its in his DNA. Vitali will have to kill him to win. I think the speed difference between the two guys will shock a lot of you guys, when you see them in the ring. Adamek thrives on being the underdog, like Roger says. Nobody knows what will happen but Adamek does have a chance to win on the account of his speed, volume, chin/heart and ring intelligence. Anyone who doesn't take these factors into account doesn't have a clue about championship boxing. These are the intangibles of a championship fighter.

Adamek is focused and hungry to conquer his third division. He will not show up like 99.9 % of Vitali's opponents, soft physically and psychologically fragile, with very little championship experience. Your boy is going back to his fiefdom empty handed.
