Adamek: There's no way to fight Roy Jones Jr

    - I'm Polish and it's pleasure for me to fight in my country. All depends on sponsors right now. I know Polsat (polish TV) is interested. Ziggy (manager) is going to talk with the boss on Monday and if he's got a bit of free time I will come to Poland on Friday to talk about the fight. Time will show what's next.


    - Who I'm gonna fight ? Derrick Rossy, Sam Peter or Eddie Chambers. There was also Mormeck proposal, his managment called Ziggy, but they demand too much cash.I know it's business, but their option is unacceptable for us. There's also no way to fight Roy Jones Jr.


    So the fight will probably take place in Poland in Katowice in spring or also Prudential is possible.

    also I read in polish media that HBO is determined to show Adamek-Vitali and they've increased the paydays. But honestly it won't happen soon, because Vit will lose the WBC belt if he leaves his mandatory. Vit won't do it himself. They'd put an offer to Povetkin, but he declined immediately.

    It seems like we've got IBF eliminator against Rossy/Peter/Chambers.

    not anymore, Wlad wants Haye, Haye wants Wlad. Vitali is fighting Solis-Austin winner.

    Adamek wanted Haye and Klitchko, but Haye doesn't want to fight. Vitali fight was close to be made, but Vit has to fight the mandatory. Summer/Fall is a possible time. In the meantime Adamek wants to be a mandatory of the IBF to be sure of facing Wlad.

    Adamek/Chambers would produce a very interesting match-up that I think could be razor thin.

    i voted for chambers because he earned allways everything!!!
    but don't fight a motivated peter, because he will 100% sure ko adamek. chambers will be a very!!! difficult fight for adamek. it's a 50/50 fight. derric rossy is **** times 10. so he will probably fight rossy

    Polish medias have been over it, but there's no keeping it in the air, cuz there's no point if they fight ain't happen, only because Haye doesn't want to. Adamek has already said, even in videotalk, they gave an offer but was declined.

    Chambers/Adamek would be an interesting fight. I'd like to see how he handles one of the top heavyweights who is also quick, fairly elusive and has a decent set of skills. I'd be equally interested to see him in against Sam Peter presuming he's 80-90% of his best still and in shape, I'd like to see how he deals with the raw power and strength of a natural and top heavy.
