it was sad to watch how he beat once promising Golota so easy! I hope he will retire now! As for Adamek he needs to fight someone like Dimitrenko if he plans to stay at HW!
I enjoy it a lot man And as I said I believe that Adamek will be a HW champion in the end of 2010. People were crossing Adamek out after the Dawson fight. But then he moved 25 pounds higher to win the CW crown. Now he is on the proper way to win the HW belt. When I see Adamek I compare him to other small HWs, especailly Evander Holyfield. If they were succesful at HW, he can be too
i'm glad adamek looked good last night. the division is pretty exciting at the moment, if the right fights are made next year it could be a good one wlad, vitali, haye, valuev, povetkin, chambers, adamek, solis, johnson, chagaev(?), arreola(?) and guys like tua, harrison, toney, peter looking to get back into the picture Solis could be a dodgy one, but it would mean a lot for the winner. It would be like this years chambers-povetkin
I'm not sold on him as a heavyweight. He looked good but tiny compared to Golota and I don't think he has the style to beat a Klitschko. Golota looked terrible and should no longer be fighting.
Marciano, Patterson, Frazier, Tyson, Moorer, Holyfield, Tua, Byrd, Ibragimov, Chagaev and now Povetkin and Chambers All of them were/are under 190cm. Its not about size Its the best things in HW boxing. Speed is the strength and power.
i have to agree. unless he can fight like evander, using movement and crisp combinations to compensate for size, i don't see him being successful. he's a strong, pressure fighter which is seriously compromised when you're giving up 30 pounds every fight. still, exciting great performance last night by adamek, no doubt. Honestly, I'd love to see what he can do against haye at heavy. And any chance of watching golota get pounded is fine by me.
