well, it's this dumb New Jersey crowd to blame. Adamek may fight 400lbs sumo wrestler and still 10.000 morons would fill Prudential Center giving him easy cash...
It's hard to blame Adamek for taking big money for a such a small effort. Hope he fights someone serious in December though

Adamek was in negotiations to fight Solis, then he decided that if it's gonna be a fat one, better to be older than 40.

That overrated fat donkey Solis would rather be playing dominoes than fighting. He looks more like Patrick than Spongebob the fat ****. Adamek would **** him up Solis is fatter than Arreola.

Im thinking that Fury will get that fight........I dont see Toney being given this one in all honesty.....

Thinking back 2 yrs ago when Potvetkin won the vacant WBA kiddie belt, Toney and Holyfield were prime cantidates for the fight, so much so that Holyfield was listed on boxrec as of having signed to make the fight.......Meethinks it's gonna be Fury who gets this one and Toney will fight Byron Polley.:good

But he didn't want to fight Solis, regardless of who he looks like.Instead he's fighting the old fat one.

Solis is dangerous. At least much more dangerous than Toney.

Still I am convinced Adamek easily outpoints both.

This better not go till the 12th round or Toney dies of a heart attack.

    Fat ****. Should retire now.

Adamek should go back down to Cruiserweight. He can do nothing at heavyweight. He is quite good, but obviously doesn't stand a chance vs. the Klitschkos.

Either go down to cruiser or fight Szpilka at heavyweight. With Szpilka injured and regardless of that not ready to fight Adamek, he is left with little options.

Fair enough to make some money. In 20 years time, this fight will add to Adamek's legacy. Seriously it will. People will ask their parents: So who did this Adamek fellow beat ?

And then the answer will include Toney.

So a good fight for Adamek

A bad fight for everyone else.

    True.

The people that go out to the fight usually aren't even boxing fans, they just come to watch a show because it is something to do on a Saturday night, it's usually not a long drive for most, they go in groups, tickets aren't super expensive, have a bunch of drinks, then after the fight everybody goes out to the city to the clubs or local clubs or bars and has a good time. It has almost become a tradition when Adamek fights. But he didn't establish this tradition by fighting guys like Toney at this stage. But true, at this point, you can put anyone in there and people will still come out because it makes for a fun night with friends and drinks and there is somebody to cheer for. Honestly the atmosphere there is apart of it too.

Fury's camp was talking about Adamek in the Fall.

I can't imagine why Adamek would even want to fight Toney. Nothing at all to gain.

Easy pay day, another W, and a low-risk fight lining him up for another even bigger pay-day against Wladimir to finish his career at the end of 2013 or summer of 2014. That is his plan, and in HW, he doesn't even need to fight the best for him to make it happen. Although the Chambers fight was a gutsy one to take, so this is typical fashion he takes a better fight, then a worse one, but honestly lots of Adameks fights lately have no been super impressive, and against quality opposition. HW is not for him, and I think he knows this, but he wasn't making money at CW and has a family to care for as well. Unfortunately the boxing fans are the ones who miss out. But he would never have been able to make the money and gain the popularity he has now if it wasn't for HW.
