Adamek team claimed they were initially offered 500 k$ total, without any percentage for PPV.

The offer was raised finally to 1 mln only when the negotiations went dead, but I understood the one of the main problems was that you never know how serious Hopkins was. That is at least Adamek version. It looks those versions are of almost by a factor of 2,5 (500k to 1,2 mln) ;-)

I would be more interested in Adamek-Hopkins than in Adamek-Godfrey as well, but as they say "better an egg today than a hen tomorrow".

Bernard Hopkins is a legend. If I was Adamek, I would fight him for the prestige and financial reward.

    This is pure BUll****

Hopkis said that to dont get embarassed on d TV LIve

Ive'seen many interviews with him saying himself that the offer was 500k , and he was bitchin there that he was fighting for even less money On his title defences,

Pat englisch -adameks lawyer already said that it is a fuking lie and that GBp werent even offering mentioned above 1 mln NEVER ,

Im waiting now for the Main events statement saying that for 1.2mln The fight can take place anywhere anytime , and we'll see whos telling the truth and who is a Fukin Lier

I think that it's BS, Adamek would have taken 1.2m if it was offered to him, even though he deserved more, in a fight like that.

I can't understand why Bhop is so worried about collecting every little penny when he is already filthy rich.

I think that if Adamek's camp would receive 1.2 mil offer from GB, Tomasz would be in the ring with Hopkins even tomorrow

Why doesn't Hopkins' people try Kessler?

    ;-)

Just kidding, if I were Hopkins I would go for Adamek too. Adamek is just right for Hopkins.

Hopkins should just have kept his mouth shut before, instead of making excuses now..
