Adamek vs. Arreola - Analysis and Prediction Thread

Vitali laid the blue print for this guy. Adamek is younger and faster. Minto even looked good against him. Adamek has a lot of heart and has fast hands and fast feet. I expect Adamek to get a TKO on unanswered shots or a corner quitting. Unless Areolla does what Peter did and gets in shape he'll be remembered as a what could have been

 

Adamek will fight his ears off. The only way Adamek loses is he stands toe to toe or gets carried away and gets involved in slugfest.

Arreola is way too slow for this guy.

 

Adamek is such a great fighter, but he's in a tough one with Cris. Arreola has skills on his own and quite fast and well conditioned for his physique, IMO it's being overlooked. But the main thing is, I don't think Adamek has the kind of defense nor HW power to keep Arreola off of him and Cris has a huge physical and one punch advantage with better workrate. It's not that easy of course and both have tools to trouble each other, but I just feel Arreola's style, size and power will get to Adamek after 4-5 competitive rounds in favor of Tomasz, and he's going to score a stoppage. But big respect for taking on Arreola, and Adamek will be a force if he can walk away with the W!

 

It's a dangerous fight for both guys and hopefully the winner gets a title shot, preferably against Haye. Haye and his team have been quite meticulous in matching him against old veterans that can't punch. It's time to find out what he can do against a guy that can pop and doesn't collect social security.

 

These are the fights I love. Few biases, few nuthuggers, and members that are actually thinking...even the poll seems spot on--25-20 for Arreola. Should be a great fight.

 

And five inches smaller. You can not use a blueprint laid down by a monster like Vitali when you are a small HW

 

I don't think Adamek can KO Chris. Klitschko hit him flush the whole night and if the corner didn't stopped the fight Chris would've probably survived the fight. I like Adamek win on points in a fight with some brutal trades of bombs, but Adamek ought to think more before brawling with the likes of Arreola, he shouldn't do that to much unless he's sure he can catch him with something big. Arreola probably win this fight, but I dare to give Adamek a fair chance to beat him if he fights smart, and stay a little bit on the outside using his speed advantage in combination with his power in lesser extent. Arreola KO's him late or Adamek by decision

 

Well the difference is that Vitaly wasnt countering him, he was just outboxing him by landing first and moving away, i think adamek will counter a littl more and i cant count how many times he has put his oponnents down with his counter right a punch whom he can easily land on attaking arreola.
And we know the counters u cant see hurt the most. Im not saying that it will certainly happen tho ,i just can imagine that and take it as a possibility.

btw the size difference isnt that big they are the same height.

Don't see why people are picking Chris by knockout. Tomasz is going to be moving way to much for Chris to actually land any combos, and one punch hits aren't going to knock out Tomasz.

Way I see it is Chris needs to get big shots in early. But I think Tomasz is going to be doing A LOT of running those early rounds to really gas Chris out. If Chris doesn't connect in the early rounds he's just gonna gas and get decisioned.

Adamek will outbox, outmove, and frustrate the overrated Arreola, and beat him via decision, or possibly TKO.

Adamek is too skilled for someone like Arreola. Adamek also has power with which to stun the fat Mexican.

Im a Adamek fan but I don't think so. Adamek has some pretty serious power but Arreola has a real tough chin, dont look specifically at the Walker KD. Arreola has a serious beard, a lot of which is due to his fat actually. His fat is actually a pretty good absorbent for his punch resistance. Adamek may trouble him, but a UD win for Tomasz is mostly in favor for me...
