Glazkov didn't look so hot against Scott but then again, Scott probably isn't worse than the current HW version of Adamek. Either fighter winning by close decision is a very reasonable prediction I think. Not knowing what state Adamek is in currently makes predicting this pretty tough however.
Adamek is a clown at HW and should have 2 losses more on his record. I'm fine with Glazkov and picked him to win in the poll. But keep making shit up, son. I admit to having expecting him to fare better against Scott but whatever.
Really....:huh I didnt know Glaskov was lacking in the funde's..... I always considered Glaskov to be pretty solid that way....he just doesnt excel at any particular thing. I think stylistically he'd match up better vs Pulev, Jennings or Potvetkin than he would against Scott, Cunningham, or Adamek, just b/c I feel like he needs to fight at a certain pace using a 1-2 mixing in the occasional hook and the occasional counter. I think Adamek could be slick at times, and I think that would help him in this matchup. But if he gets to confident, like he did vs Guinn, I think Glaskov's got the power and speed to catch him and stop him. That said.....Adamek is a very smart fighter. If Glaskov aint overpowering him in the first 3-4 rds, Tomasz finds the pace and dictates it shooting in and out and throwing in combination. :think Bad fight for Adamek IMO though. The $$$$$ aint there.....he doesnt need a resume builder, and there's 2 vacant titles right now, one of which is considered legit.......Adamek should be looking for a tuneup with a name, that he can score a quick UD 8 against, and get into the WBC and WBA lottery.:think
