Adamek vs Grant Press Conference Held Today

WOW!!! I'm so glad I went to this today! Met alot of people there, don't know where to begin.

It was in North Bergen, NJ at 1pm. Beautiful gym (Globe Gym), & the people from Main Events told me they would let me present the painting of Adamek during the beginning of the proceedings. I don't have a pic of me giving Adamek the painting, but TA's personal photographer said he would send them to me. It was so cool when the all the camera's starting flashing. Everyone said the painting looked just like Tomasz. I spoke with the owner of the gym & he might be interested in having a montage of fighters done for the gym.

They were selling these killer scarfs with Adameks name on it for $25. I told the lady from Main Events that I was broke & she said, "Oh, your the artist presenting the paintings, so here, have one for free!"

That made my day.:!:

Got a signed fight poster by Adamek. Met Scoop, ESB's infamous Rumsfeld (after 14 yrs of yappin', we finally get to meet) along with Pawel Wolak, Adam Kownacki, Roger Bloodworth, etc.

After it was all over, people were asking me if Main Events offered me some tickets. When I told them no, they told me to go for it...so I did. I went to the lady that gave me the scarf & told her my situation & she told me to email her my address & she will get some tix in the mail. If that happens, I'll be a totally happy camper.

This day was well worth the effort. Adamek is so approachable, it unbelieveable!

Not dumb...

No, "BIG" Mike was not there. He could have been, but opted out. Think he's training in Vegas & didn't want to make the effort. They tried to phone patch in a conversation, but kept getting alot of feedback, so they blew that off.
