Adamek vs Toney Who ya got???? and how?

I hope Toney clowns him but he's surely too old and damaged.Bit of a disgraceful fight really.

 

Povetkin has just refused to fight Adamek after his win over Chambers, so instead of sitting on his ass Adamek is having this stay busy (and raking in the the $$$) fight. Nothing wrong with it, in light of the fact that Wlad is facing the likes of Thompson (who's best win, after loosing to Wlad, is against Chazz Witherspoon) and Povetkin is facing shot to pieces Rahman. This is the norm of the HW division. If things made sense Adamek would be guaranteed to fight Povetkin or any other top 5 HW fighter, following his last win. But pusseys be pusseys.

 

I guess Haye versus Audley made you proud then. BTW, everyone knows Adamek wants to fight Haye badly and has been refused twice. Why won't ***** Haye fight Adamek?

Not a bad fight. Adamek is the fresher guy for sure, and he should win this, but... with Toney you never know. Toney is my favourite fighter. If he turns up healthy and in shape for once, he could make this competitive. Hopefully Toney realizes that this is his very, very last shot at glory and he gets himself in shape. I know, I'm probably quite naive...

 

I would like Adamek to fight and destroy Povetkin who I have no love for. Not sure it would happen if he ever accepted the fight.

Good from Adameks POV he's staying busy, but aside from Vitali, this will mean his HW resume consists of nothing but fat guys.

Technically I suppose that sums up the division though.

Where is your source that Povetkin turned down a fight with Adamek? Adamek BARELY scrapped passed a 1 handed version of a fighter that Povetkin has already beat by a near on shutout.

Also, Adamek clearly wins this, it's a very poor matchup and Toney is one of the 3 most shot fighters currently competing, along with his companions from the 90s Roy Jones and Evander Holyfield.

Could you please tell us at what points Haye refused this fight in each others respective careers as it might shed some light on the reasoning or if you are again just spouting bollocks????

 

At this point? Both guys look like **** but I think Adamek still has some left in the tank and is in ok shape. Toney is beyond done and is a fat slob. Gotta take Adamek by UD...

Toney should retire but won't due to money issues...

Haye won't fight Adamek because he's not worth it, nobody wants to see that fight (except me), there's no money in it.

Haye is fighting someone who did better against Vitali (much, much better) than Adamek did. He will also likely fight Vitali next.

That's good enough in terms of opponent level.
