on bokser.org Andrzej Grajewski who cooperates with Universum confirmed this info, he said it a real proposal and official one. Now everything in promoters hands. But they want to make it happen in Germany ;] I'd prefer Prudential Center, at least there would be no robbery and we could see the just decision, if the bout lasted til 12th round :D Chagaev is beatable, if such guy like Drummond can almost beat him, why Tomek can't ? But making it in Germany is risky.

Breaking News: just read that Grajewski said that this bout could take place in Poland and again says it's serious proposal, also confirmed that Klaus-Peter Kohl (boss of Universum) is interested into Chagaev - Adamek.

With this momentum, all the casinos from Vegas will move to Poland soon.

Don't sing it, bring it ;D

Seriously now, Katowice and Hamburg are potential cities to make this fight in case if it happens.

Chagaev is one of the best match ups Adamek could possibly make. Chagaev is about the same size and i do think he's a little past it, certainly in regards to his boxing ability. Ruslan is respected in the division and a win over him vaults Tomasz to the top of the division.

The only downside is Chagaev does hit like a true heavyweight with that left hand.

The only better match up in my eyes is Povetkin. Similar size, Adamek has better defense and Sasha, while having some pop, lacks true 1 puch heavyweight KO power in my opinion. One of Povetkin's best assets is his workrate & Adamek can match or possibly exceed it. Povetkin won't take it seeing as he's this close to a title shot though.

I voted Chagaev. Its more winable fight for Adamek than Tua.

EDIT: I forgot that Chagaev is a southpaw. It complicates the situation...

Given that I would like to see him stay at heavy, but Chag has hepititis and Tua may be the one guy too hard hitting for him, I will vote other.
