Yep! When he got dropped in round 2 I thought he was finished. He had no legs, and there were a few split instances where I thought Cotton may have stopped it, even. He was dropped early in that round, too. His legs looked SHOT! But somehow, he managed to hang in there and survive, got his legs back, and then at the end of the round he landed a crushing right of his own that caused Walker to crumble to a knee. That second round was something! Adamek really is a warrior!! It's a shame there was no real money for him at cruiser, because I believe he could have dominated there for a long time. These guys at heavy are just too ****ing big and strong overall.
That flurry at the end was something. Adamek is quite a finisher. Exploded on Walker and during like 20 seconds hit him with every fu*king thing but the kitchen sink with totally full power and accuracy. The fact that Walker didn't go down just goes to show that Adamek really is nothing more than a cruiser. But we all know that.. Anyway, good scrap indeed.
To be honest Walker is one of the hardest hitters of the division. But yeah, it's not a world class fighter sign to get dropped by Walker. But still a puncher is always puncher..
always will make me wonder what would have happened had adamek stayed at cruiser:huh i see some decent fights there, and a chance to take on jonny nelsons record of defences? maybe, who knows...
