I never said, Haye has a great chin. Might even be well below average but since he's not too deep into the getting-hit-business it doesn't enter the equation most of time.

Just watched the bout. Definitely entertaining. Walker showed up in shape and looked confident he could get a win. He came to fight.

Ademek, as always, came to rumble. Not a great display of skill, but an entertaining bout.

 

Who's even claiming that Adamek is iron chinned? He fights cautiously at HW because he knows he can't take punishment at this weight. This was probably his most entertaining fight at HW.

 

Which is a perfectly fair assessment. Poletards seem to be incapable of accepting that Adamek's chin has not translated well into HW at all.

I thought Adamek was done, too. I was screaming so hard for him to hang on. It was good to see him regain his senses near the end of the round & even better when he dropped Walker with a right of his own. Holy ****! What a round!

I thought Adamek looked better with his 220+lbs for this fight vs how he looked for Chambers.

Bumped into Randy Neuman in the crowd & told hin I was in AC for Golota Grant, which he reffed.

My Birthday is tomorrow (60:shock & this was a great present. Very exciting & it was crazy being so close to the action. The ONLY wasy to see a fight live!

Actually, I'm not. Adamek got barely past the second round against a **** fighter and I critize him. Why would his performance be worthy of praise? It was ****ing Travis Walker FFS.

I'm not saying he's a bum but he's far, FAR worse than advertised. H2H I have him in the top 10-15 department and solely due to his high activity.

 

How is struggling with a C-level fighter something to be proud of? Same with Seth mitchell almost being KO'd by Banks.

 

I like Adamek, but would not consider myself a huge fan of his. This fight showed me exactly what I like about him: his heart and willingness to mix it up.

If I was a die hard Ademek fan, it would also give me cause for concern. Once again, he was knocked down. A slightly better fighter, probably even a younger Walker, would have finished him.

He has the balls to go to heavyweight, but Adamek isn't putting himself in the best position by doing so.

 

Walker is a huge guy and he has a good punch:roll:
