I like Adamek. I like he fought to a shot... but sorry..... Vitali is to big, to strong, just to much for Adamek
with the "lean back" and counter Vitali has, I just dont see Adamek being able to land on a consistent level or landing a huge shot

Currently the Klits are level above all others, including Adamek and Haye. That's the fact. Anyway I'm going to Wroclaw/Warszawa to watch the fight and I expect just a competitive fight, not a win tho. War Adamek !

To you maybe. To all Poles who know the tough, warrior like Goral sub cultural group in Poland, it is a very appropriate, cool nickname.

I remember thesame doom and gloom before O'Neill Bell, Steve Cunningham, Jonathan Banks, Andrew Golota and Chris Arreola. All these guys were supposedly too big or too skilled for Adamek and ***s like you were coming out with ignorant, exaggerated predictions like the above. Adamek may not win (becuase he's giving up every physical advantage imaginable, aside from speed, to a guy who's pretty skilled and determined himself) but he will certainly put up a fight as always.

  8. adamek has trouble with guys like arreole and grant he will get slaughtered by vk and lets not forget that adamek was beaten my sad chad dawson who as soon as you apply pressure he folds like a cheap suit so lets not get carried away with "warrior"

Please point to us a single instance of Adamek folding (i.e., being stopped or giving up on the fight) in his career. Just one. I'm waiting......

Im a huge fan of both so this sucks to decide

but Adamek's foot work and his punch technique seemed poor in the McBride fight

he also got hit by some of the extremely slow rights of McBride

I like Adamek a lot but I dont think he has what it takes to beat either brother

but he is experienced and willing to go in there and try unlike many other fighters

he is in it to win not the check

i hate to bring it up in a thread like this but the way you put it is the same arguments that go on before a pac fight

    too big too tall

pac like Adamek doesnt have what it takes

of course I pick Vitali to win

but Adamek's great level of experience heart and determination matched with speed and combination punching and movement will make him interesting

He pitched a virtual shutout versus McBride and gave him all the angles and all the punch combinations you can ask for. Made McBride look like the primitive fighter that he is. His footwork was actually quite good as he kept turning McBride to his side and punching at will. What more can you expect of a guy who's being outweighed by 70lbs and is 5 inches shorter? Adamek had developed into a very effective mobile puncher.

by poor I meant that he never seemed to have his feet under him when he threw

the movement and angles were good but I think he was out of position to land the hardest punches possible

this wasnt the case in other bouts but I saw it here

Góral makes sense as a nickname for Adamek and sounds badass. Sasha is the common diminutive for "Alexander", it's not weird at all. That's like saying "Johnny" is weird.
