Adamek without Gmitruk against Arreola!!!

    Ronnie in the interview specified Adamek weight 210-215 lbs max. So it looks like they are going back to Golota fight.

    215 I think is perfect for him. He seemed a lot snappier at that weight. 220 he might have gained 5lbs too many.

    He loses this fight to the potatoe nosed Mexican & he'll have no future. It will be back to Cruiser wt. making **** $$$ for Adamek.

    most encouraging thing i've read about this fight. adamek was flat, boring, listless, at 220.

    at 220 adamek was a different fighter: not so good. at 215 i have hope. but now he must lose muscles -will this weaken him? i suppose it's good that they had a chance to experiment. to see what works and what doesn't.

    This is true. Bell may have not been what he once was when they fought, but he was still extremely dangerous and Adamek demonstrated supreme focus and discipline in that fight. There's another side to Adamek many of the people who just started paying attention don't fully realize yet. There's a reason Hopkins avoided the matchup. Adamek can be extremely selective and intelligent about his attack.
