I did watch the fight, Wladimir hardly moved at all. He has fast hands, but not amazing fast foot speed. Anyways Chambers has a much better chance at beating Adamek that's for sure, I would say the fight would be 60/40 in Chambers favor.
Wlad's hands are faster than Chamber's hands. Adamek's hands are also faster than Chamber's hands and Adamek is more mobile. Chamber's face would look like Arreola's. Sorry, but this is very probable.
If Arreola was breaking his hands on Adamek's skull, what the **** is Chambers going to do? Waste of time.
No it isn't, although Wlad is fast, he isn't a speed demon. Like I said in my last post, Adamek isn't Wladimir and Chambers speed is on par with Adamek. Maybe Adamek is a little bit faster, it doesn't matter, I don't think he beats Chambers. Don't confuse Chambers with Arreola, they are totally different boxers.
If you're a Wlad fan then you must know enough about the sport to figure that Chamber's face would probably look like Arreola's face is he faced Adamek. Thompson is good but useless. Sam Peter, no comment.
Styles make fights, you never know. I have to give Adamek credit though, he has very good foot movement, uses lateral movement very well, something Chambers needs to do. Chambers with more foot movement will be a much better boxer, he just needs a new trainer that will make him fight to his potential. I believe Chambers still hasn't fought to his potential yet. It's unfortunate that he lost badly against Wladimir, but I hope he rebounds and gets a new trainer that will teach him something new.
As averyone, I would love to see Adamek-Haye sooner or later, but very possible it will not take place this year then maybe Solis, Peter or Chambers - 9th october on HBO
He wouldnt fight like that versus small heavys like haye, povetkin, chambers or chagaev he was backpedalling cuz his oponnent outweighed him by 30+ lbs. With smaller guys it would be different story and an old good adamek.
