Good stuff Chuffy. Never knew Alistair competed at the ADCC. He does love the guillotine, the second fight was a bit gash though. The guy did not want to engagde.
I seem to remember him not actually entering, and can't find any evidence that he did. He had the Pride 205 Grand Prix to prepare for and fight in after the European trials, I imagine he just focused completely on that and ignored ADCC. He guillotined Vitor and Igor in the Grand Prix, and had a pretty decent attempt on Shogun; obviously he worked very hard on his grappling during this period and the guillotine works very well for his body type.

Very interesting. Same here, Fedor Vs Overeem's a dream fight. Love to see it made. Hopefully next year it happens.
