Add one attribute to a fighter that would make them hard to beat

He did show tremendous heart and toughness when Foreman had him very hurt, but I concede that is somewhat different from a winner's mentality. For what it's worth (and it's not worth much) I thought he did beat Norton and Ali.

 

He had the chance to beat an uninterested, out of shape Ali but could not find it in himself to step up to the plate.I would have slung him out for deliberately putting his body through the ropes .He stunk the joint out imo.

 

Tony Galento with Prince Naseem’s ring entrances and overall pizazz would have been hard to beat from an entertainment perspective.

 

Sonny Liston with steroids.

 

Lennox Lewis with Oliver McCall's chin.

 

Give Hagler's chin to Hearns and he runs the table at 147-160.

Give Ali's chin, recovery, and heart to Ken Norton and he may well be the #1 of his era.

Make Ali capable of shutting his mouth and he wins the FOTC.
