What do you think Stevensons next move will be? He's running out of fringe contenders to fight. Chilemba is ranked pretty high and not a hard hitter, Campillo?? on a 3 fight winning streak, Bute? If he's going to do duck Kovalev i'd at least like him to face someone like Braehmer, that is if he has the guts.... Which I don't think he has.

 

If he insists on ducking Kovalev I wouldn't complain about him taking the Braehmer fight. Dude has been sitting around over there forever with semi-legit titles that need to be collected so at least it wouldn't be as bad as this shameless nonsense.

 

Agreed. Braehmer is a worthy challenger to anyone in the division.

I disagree with his actions irl, all I care about is what he does in the ring. He was impressive tonight, give him his props.

Leonard/SRR/Lamotta were women beaters, and did far far worse things than Floyd.

But everyone loves them.

 

Kind of predictable.

You'll never give the man his props. He actually beat good fighters, not complete scrubs. Not elite world level ones but it's fine.

You also can't blame him for going to showtime. The money was far better there.

How can you blame him for making that decision?

I expect him and Kovalev to square off soon, possibly next.
