    The choice of opponent is kind of funny. South Africa whites... "cultural issues" with black Africans... I don't know, Tommy may have signed the wrong contract here. I know Haitians are likely not aware of SA's history, but still. Fukk.

    Tommy had already fought Chilemba in SA though. Chilemba is a true African who lives in SA. I dont think that should be a problem.

    Cool, so that one's out of the way. Tommy's a southpaw right? Should be as easy for Stevenson to land a full force straight left as it was against Dawson, Tommy's defense & movement << Dawson's.

    Tbh I never watched an Oosthuizen fight and I have no idea what kind of boxer he is, lol. I'd imagine he's not the best since Adonis opted in for him. I'd prefer to see him vs Chilemba.

    They want a show in Haiti, Tommy's open, Chilemba's a spoiler - ask Bellew.

    Tommy fought either Vlasov or Gonzales on HBO, can't remember... dreadful performance, right hand was kept low all night to try landing sneaky right hooks that had little to no power behind them. Tommy is not a threat to any top 10 guy at LHW.

    There it is, thanks. That was supposed to be Tommy's coming out in the US for HBO to build him up, and it was a total failure.

    Gonzales was robbed against Tommy. I hate Andre Ward and Virgil Hunter and Gonzales is part of their stable so he can get some too. I ain't gonna lie he did deserve the win though.

    Tommy's size and chin are completely different than that of Dawson.

    Hell, Chavez Jr makes Tommy look like a god in comparison to Dawson.:yep

    Tommy has displayed a very stout chin in the fights I've seen of his, which is surprising given his lanky build. Some of those Afrikaans are teak-tough. Andre Thysse looked like a milkman or janitor but he had a granite chin on him. Problem with Tommy is he has zero defence so Stevenson shouldn't have a problem catching him with that big left hand of his.

    I'm calling him Tommy because that surname is a b*tch to spell. :D

    What's Gonzales up to these days anyway? That fight was at 168 right? Badou Jack vs Brandon Gonzales is coming folks, it's coming.

    Tommy will probably retire after the hard KO he'll suffer in Haiti.

    He's still trying to come to terms with getting smoked by Degale most likely. He hasn't fought since.

    Jack has got to get past Groves first though.

    It wouldn't surprise me as Tommy doesn't seem the most decidated type, what with all his out of ring problems.
