Nah, he is a little above that level. (but still probably short of world)

He is clearly more skilled than Lemieux...but he is flawed and this is at best going to have been a rough-and-tumble learning experience for him even if he walks away with the W.

    Round 6

Bizier is winging in the right hand by itself without the preamble of a jab anymore. Dan is tripling his right jab from outside, then hopping in and swarming Bizier with right hooks and southpaw 1-2s on the face, backing away with parting body shots. Bizier catches him with the very tip of a right hand on the outside and keeps firing optimistically.

    10-9 Dan

    58-56 Dan

Jim Watt has it level, 57-57. He somehow gave Bizier the sixth... :huh

Kovalev around 4:15? Bellew/Stevenson hopefully around 4:45 (if Kovalev demolishes his opponent as many expect)?

I've never seen Dan fight before, but the guy is good. Solid straight left hand, good movement, decent jab, all in all fun to watch.

    Round 7

Bizier is falling back away from the Dan 1-2, letting him miss and then pounding him with the right hand springing in from a quarter-crouch. Dan is hopping around flurrying but losing a bit of speed and sharpness, cudgeling Bizier on the body with his wrists and missing an increasing number of his right jabs in multiples on the outside. Bizier is finding his mark with the right hand lead. Dan is still more active, while Bizier is landing cleaner.

    10-9 Bizier

    67-66 Dan

Oh yeah, Pier Cote. Yes. Definitely a big prospect. :good

His ceiling is higher than Bizier's. (not that I'm giving completely up on Bizier; he is just in with a durable and energetic vet tonight and taking some hard lessons)
