Abysmal fighters don't become the top fighter of a division, regardless of the fact they are flawed. Why aren't you saying Rios is abysmal? He has similar size advantages and has nothing in the way of defence. A more flawed boxer than Broner and will probably have a less successful career than Broner imo. Broner would be a tough fight for anyone at lightweight. The only boxer I could say with certainty he couldn't beat is Marquez, and there ain't any shame in that.

Again, because I've actually seen him beat a top fighter (Acosta) and yes I've been very critical of Rios', and many others, weight cutting techniques. It encourages poor technique. Has Broner beaten Uchiyama then? Because otherwise how would be the no.1 at 130lbs?

My issue was never with Broner being the number one in his division. Have I even called him that? My issue was with you calling him shite/abysmal/terrible, which is embarrassing. I'd rather we cleared up the point I am making with you than go off on a tangent.
