    lol your always posting about this fighter, i cant really comment on who wins cos ive never seen DIACONU. but dawson did get knocked down in his attempt at winning the WBC i think. And an old man like glencoffe made him look ordinary and nothing special. but there is a significant height difference between the 2 isnt there??

    Yeah, but I don't think that is a disadvantage the way Diaconu fights. In fact, as he comes in, bobbing down, Dawson will find it hard to hit him unless he hits him on the back of his head.

    being a 6"3 southpaw will give him an advantage if he uses it, he can try stay on the outside at long range to grind out a points decision. its like a 5 inch height advantage. but like i said ive never seen diaconu, a mike tyson-esque bobbing and wieving style where brute force and power will overcome any height advantage. what do you think?

    Dawson will use the jab very effectively and try to keep the fight on the outside. Diaconu, however, is an explosive puncher and he knows how to get inside. Once he's inside, his lower height is an advantage. He's definitely checking Dawson's chin.

    yeah fightin on the inside will be the best option and im sure he will check his chin. i had to vote and no way is dawson gettin a ko and a draw is out of the question, so as i only know about dawson i can only vote 4 a decision for him. like i said i had to vote and i havent ever seen the romanian. but if the fight comes off then hey we will see.
