broner is a clown, but I don't see maidana winning unless, like someone said earlier, broner is as flatfooted as he was against paulie...which is why broner has weighed in well below the limit

Genuinely though, we all saw the pics of broner about a month ago, how exactly did he lose all that fat in that space of time, it's not physically possible to strip that percentage of body fat that quickly...not naturally anyway. Very suspicious in my opinion.

ive said it before, but its worth mentioning again....
if cycling can be rife with drugs while it is controlled by one governing body who are actively trying to police drug use, imagine how rife it is in a sport which is as fragmented as boxing is

Firg thing first. It's not like any fat he puts on sits on his body long. There is a difference for someone who has put on weight over the years and trying to lose 30 l sor something. Broners weight doesn't sit on him so it's easy to cut. Also he could cut down carbs and not to mention training his ass off.

Yeah but a human can only lose a certain amount of fat in a given period of time, it doesn't matter how or when that fat was put on. He may well have a good metabolism, train hard etc but how much he trains is irrelevant, you can only lose a limited amount of fat a week, any more weight loss than that limit is lost from muscle weight, unless of course you are running a cycle. That's just simple biology. I don't believe broner/ anyone can lose that much fat naturally in that space of time.

You're talking as if the guy was 170 lbs or something? He is a world class athlete. When I boxed as a kid I use to lose about 12 lbs every time to compete. That pic of Broner didn't mean a thing and he very well could have weighed the same as Thurman and Maidan in that photo.

There's a difference between dropping water weight and dropping fat though. His weight is irrelevant? It doesn't matter if he's 230 lbs or 147lbs, it's the amount of fat he's dropped that I'm suspicious about. I wouldn't believe a guy who weighs 230 would be able to drop that many lbs of fat in that period of time, nothing to do with his size.

I know the differenc as a licensed trainer. I'm just saying that we don't know how much fat he's dropped. I am assuming we are talking about that pic with all the fighters posing together, right? Also all these fighters are taking some sort of supplementation as well that is legal and should know what's illegal by now. I'm not saying Broner couldn't be taking a PED but we can't go off that pic. Once again we aren't talking about a ton of fat either based on the pics. He has big shoulders and a fat ass head even win his six pack.
