Adrien Broner Beats Mikey Garcia

I disagree... A glass jaw doesn't go in the same sentence with Ab..

 

you can never guarantee 100 percent anything in boxing.. I agree I think Broner will win, and this flu stuff is interesting about Garcia. Mikey is too stand up and if Broner can hurt Mikey ( if anyone hurts Mikey) then the fight will be tough for Mikey, especially from a fast handed guy. Broner is not much, but he can win this fight with fast hands and coming in for the knockout.

 

Garcia is being overrated. This is a great great fight for Broner. He is being underrated and Garcia is overrated. This time Broner will come out ahead. I am not 100 percent sure, but I think Broner has a chance. Come in serious and stick your jab out and use your speed and drop in some nice punches. Quick means knockout. Simplify it.

 

Broner can definitely win this if he's been training.

 

I think Broner wins not because he is good, but because Mikey is way overrated. He is stand up and he has fought guys he was stronger than and who were not that good. He is moving up and fighting a guy who is ranked. But that is all I give Broner. I don't think it will be as great a win as some will give him.

 

I am intruiged. I don't really follow either boxer but most people seem to think Garcia will win.

Please tell us why you think Broner will win.

 

You can bash Broner in so many other ways, but he has a solid chin. Any welterweight would've gone down from the shot Maidana hit him with. If Mikey knocks him out or hurts him it will be because of his power and skill, not because of Broner's chin.

 

Yeah I just hope he doesn't do a Chavez Jr and have spent his camp getting weight off and not throwing enough in the fight.

 

Broner has as much chance at beating Garcia as Chavez had at beating Canelo.

 

If Broner lets Garcia connect at the same rate he let Mallignaggi connect he is going to have trouble.

 

Im basing it off Broner's clear decline, lack of discipline, previous fights where he arguably lost and the fact that he isnt and has never been at Mikey's level.

If you want to believe that he has a close to 50/50 chance that's your prerogative, but I have never seen Broner as nothing better than a good B level fighter. The ONLY advantage Broner has is size, however Broner's style doesnt incorporate size.

I think a more honest question would be; What do you see in Broner that you think this will be a close fight?

 

I called Broner as well as soon as the fight was announced. He'll walk through Mikey. Remember he took the Maidana beating and never quit. He's tough as hell. He is too clinical and will knock Garcia's lights out.
