fair enough. i have suffered my first injury ever on my shoulder and still touch chest on the bench press. i just have to use less weight now. and yes it sucks that i can no longer do 225 16 reps on warm-up as ive had to drop down to 205. but im not going to not use full-range motion just to appease my ego and everyone in the gym. because everyone in the gym would know that im only using more weight than my body can actually handle.
235lbs. Not very impressive didn't complete his rep and his right arm was clearly stronger than his left, maybe he jacks off a lot. Fail.
The only funny part of that vid is when Broner says "i did like 10 reps already" and some dude in the background says "yeah, right" LMAO
You guys misinterpret he guy. He is obviously just joking around. He appears to be some sort of court jester in the gym, him saying 315, was a joke, before him someone said 500lb. Obviously it wasnt either of these by how they were talking. Obviously he had never maxed out that weight before, probably doesnt even bench press that deeply. He not a body builder. Obviously it was a fail if the person didnt grab the bar. You guys take things way too seriously.
That's standard lifting right there. And its not 315lbs, and he did not complete. I see people in my gym doing that all day, who weighs less than him. Its not half bad if hes never lifted before.
Did he need to spend 95% of the video talking about it? Just get it done (or not as the case may be).
