Broner lost an exciting fight to Maidana but he did fight well. He would have won the hearts of boxing fans had he been respectful after the decision was announced... but he blew it when he quickly left the ring once he found out he lost. Broner is a good fighter but he is far from Mayweather's level and he is far from the fighter he thinks he is. Yes, he is a ****y ******* but I ignore all that and pay attention to the actual fights. Andre Berto has lost 3 out of his last 4 but he had his moments in all of these fights. He was only stopped once, LKOby12 Jesus Soto Karass. Berto has nothing to lose and appears to be a safe opponent. Broner would be facing a strong fighter similar in size as himself. Broner is also fast and punches hard. These two have several similarities but Berto has been easier to hit. It would be a big win for Berto. If Broner dominated it would be a good win for him. Thoughts?
I actually think this is a good style matchup for Berto because Broner stands flat footed, right in front of you and doesn't throw too many punches. Berto struggles when guys swarm him and don't give him any room to breath.
Showtime and Golden Boy Promtions presents: Live from the Barclays center: "FAVORITE SON" Victor Ortiz vs. Adrien Broner, March 22 2014.:bbb
I would love to see Berto fight Broner. If they do put together a fight, I'm picking Berto to stop Broner.
