    At what weight? I can't see Broner making 140 anymore.
    Also, Broner has a total of zero convincing wins at 147, and also zero convincing wins for almost 5 years by now.

    I'd say uncle Cletus all the way, going by that.

    Broner shouldn't have a problem to make 140 but Celtus Seldin also fights at Welter, either weight Celtus Seldin is raked higher than Broner, so the polls results make sense.
