He isn't a novice he is a two division world champ at the age of 23. He is fighting on an extremely high level to the point where he is arguably a top 10 P4P fighter in the world.

LIke I said Cassius Clay had done less as a pro before he talked **** to Liston. They didn't call him the Louisville Lip for nothing.

Again to complain about him having fun and being a character seems ridiculous, especially if you want to claim it is because he hasn't done enough, which is simply ludicrous when you look at what he actually has accomplished at his age.

After the fight when he said he was tough, when he went to his interview and gave him props. IS that what you are talking about?

After the fight the only person who he said he didn't know the names of were Burns and vazquez

You were too busy trolling to pay attention to the Broner interview, I guess.

The brush gimmick is unfunny to you, that actually is a logical statement. The stupid statement doesn't really fit.

As for the knee brush thing, everyone I watched it with laughed and called him a fool, in the kind sense.

Him saying he beat the hell out of someone and would have knocked him out if the towel wasn't thrown isn't trash talk it is a statement of fact. If you don't like that that is on you. He praised him for being tough as hell and coming to fight. Seems to me you just got your feelings hurt because you are looking to find anything you can to confirm your dislike of him. Typical of haters.

It is an act. You are angered by the act and will tune in to watch him lose. I guess what he is doign is working. :rofl

I saw both, sorry that Broner hurt your feeling by not losing though. Stay tuned for the next fight. You might get your wish. :D

Ali had beaten fighters way better than Eloy Perez or Gavin Rees before the Liston fight, way better, no comparison at all.
And the amateur game is a different thing, I don´t wanna go there. But even so Ali was a olympic champion, way different, Bama.
Broner is a unproven fighter yet....his alphabetic belts are good .

Sure, it's a fact. But many times, in a respectful persons mind, they'd hold back actually saying such things. Call it modesty too, whatever. So what's your point? I can appreciate his skills as a boxer, I think he's great and entertaining when he fights, but what I hear come from his mouth I consider disrespectful. Is that a problem, or am I expected to hold your views as my own?

I actually turned the fight off before the Rees interview so I didn't hear him give props to Rees.

Angry isn't exactly the right word. I just find it wack. Whether I tune in to watch him fight or not, no amount of money on my part is spent on boxing matches so what difference does it make? **** all.

Ali was a two division champ before he fought Liston? He wasn't. Who had RJJ fought before he started his ****? What about BHop? What about Mayorga?

Fact is this, Adrien Broner is a two division champ and he is attempting to unify the division he currently fights in, he isn't a novice and he has every right to toot his own horn if he wants to.

I'm not talking about amateur at all, so you don't have to go there.

Ali being an olympian doesn't really matter, especially in context to today's olympic games and their correlation to the pro game.

Broner isn't unproven at all, he is a known commodity, the only thing now that people want to see is how really great he is, they are searching for his upper limit now, but that will come, the only thing he can do now is fight the best in his division and then move on from there.

LIke I said it is clear to me that you simply don't like him and want to find ridiculous reasons to confirm your hate.

He asked his opinon and he gave it, he gave him props for being a tough fighter which is the best you can ask for when you are fighting a person who was so outclassed.

You are a hater, I knew it when you first posted your tripe, everything else you posted just confirmed it.

Ali fought in a harder era, you can´t compare titles in two eras so different...it´s too easy to get a belt these days when you compare with the old days.
Hopkins was different, he was a trash talker, this is well accepted in the boxing world.....He didn´t have those entrances :-(
Hopkins always looked like a true fighter !!
Roy looked way better than Broner at his age inside the ring......and I don´t remember Roy being so flamboyant, flashy, like Broner tbh.....he certainly was, but not that much..
I like Ali, I really like Hopkins, but I´m not a big Roy fan...never was btw.

03:31 AM in here bro, I´m going... lol

I'd have to be given reason to dislike a boxer's personality, right? And he's given me one in that I feel he is disrespectful. You disagree because of your own personal beliefs. I agree because of mine which differ from yours. Your opinions aren't based on facts.

So me finding his 'act' ridiculous is a ridiculous reason to dislike the personality he shows? Yeah, you're an idiot.

Not to mention how corny and fake the entire thing is. I value people just being themselves, it's pathetic putting on fake personas and not even having the balls to continue with your act. Sell outs.

HBO should be ashamed for showing such mismatches. I am tired of watching sparring sessions on HBO! Reese was picked to lose, it's that simple. Broner was so afraid of Guerrero is was sad..............watch the video.............

Seeing it on TV as opposed to mobile device when it was live. I was impressed with Reese. He won the first two rounds. He was just too short. Is Ricky Burns better than Reese?
