Pedraza is caught by an overhand right as they come together. Grinding on the Corona logo, both firing upward into the chest. More punches from Cherry, and more emphasis on them. Pedraza steps back and jabs. They lean together again, shoulder to shoulder. Pedraza rests his cranium against Cherry and rips a left hook into the side. BIG right hand by Cherry! Pedraza is stunned. Cherry follows up. Hard rights by Cherry! Pedraza starts to wriggle above the waist, slipping punches, arms down, playing daredevil. Cherry nails him a couple more times but misses quite a few more. Pedraza maybe hoping to make Cherry punch himself out. Cherry bulldozes inside. Pedraza tries clinching but Cherry pushes out his crossed forearms and powers him off. Body attack by Cherry. Pedraza answers but his shots are desperate and wide, bouncing off Cherry's arms.

I don't really know how you could give José the sixth.

Cherry threw 112 punches, maybe twice what Pedraza responded with - and Cherry popped him plenty.

Pedraza is getting walked down, hit with hooks & overhands. Pedraza gets on his bike. Cherry is getting tied up on the inside and giving chase when the ref orders a break. Flush leaping lead left hook by Cherry, Roy Jones Jr. style!!! Pedraza takes it well. Cherry is jabbing his way in, just tickling Pedraza's scalp but gaining real estate. Nice right on the body from Pedraza ducking low and slinging himself in. Uppercuts by Cherry. Pedraza ties up.
